Such people due to a massive fraud can be isolated in a psychiatric hospital when an observation according to health and safety will be obeyed based on a law when a psychiatrist can provide a service during a working shift.

A diagnosis can be verified based on a verification because the patient has a right for a consultation in a private clinic.
