First, leads and prospects can not be misled.
Never.
A prospect has to be led in a direction to buy a product.
Since bought is going to be a buyer.
What can happen if a prospect was misled in a store?
Won`t buy a product.
Can such a person leave a store?
Of course because people live in a time of emotional ups and downs.
If they are in a rash, they can be nervous.
Therefore, as same as a salesman, and a saleswoman have to remeber about being polite for a potential customer and welcome all customers with a hospitality.
For a community of salespeople, it is a sales training to remember.
