When can a cybersecurity service be valid?

We are having 4th March, 2023.


Based on a technology, there is no mistake, really.

A product such as a digital device can be designed in a correct manner.

In a technology product a word is be responsible for a function of a feature to function in the correct manner.

Can the feature be dysfunctional?

Yes.

But then, a technology product is going to look like all puzzles with few missing parts to make the puzzles complete.

Then, the technology product can not be available on sale on a market.

For a salesman, it is a guarantee that he won`t make a sale, even if is going to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you understand?

It is like you can buy a pair of shoes, without trying the shoes on, while you are in a store.

You can try the shoes on when you are out of the store, and you won`t be able to have a legal complaint based on a consumer`s right according to an economy.

You will try on the new shoes since you will be out of the store, you will put the shoes on, and they have no soles!

Then you come to me, and based on a verification, I am going to verify - when exactly, and where exactly an employee did a mistake that a line of multiplied mistakes had allowed all incorrect theories to be programmed into features of a product based on a technology. 

A calculator is the product based on the technology.

Can a hacker hack the calculator?

Can the calculator have programmed incorrect theories?

As a waste, all invalid products can not remain on a market.

An education is a basis of all qualifications.

A required qualification meets a work`s description based on a law.

Without the required qualification, a profession is invalid.

Therefore, it is an evidence about an organized crime in a company.

A judge can arrest a person who can be accused of a fraud.

Since then, when an evidnce is evident like with an example about a calculator.

Then a suspect has to be arrested, and has to be accused of doing a fraud deliberately.

How long for?

A verification can confirm.

An investigation can go on. But can not go on without the verification.

An engineer, and a programmer based on a technology can provide for a judge an evidence that is going to be valid for a legal proceeding.

Otherwise, a cybersecurity service is not based on a correct brand name, and can not remain on a market because in such a case was based on incorrect theories. 

As a waste the cybersecurity service can not provide a reliable service, and since then can not be called the cybersecurity service.

That`s a law.

The law can be correct. 

Can the law be incorrect?

Uneducated people can not represent a justice.

Can a programmer with an engineer provide a product based on a touch of a finger?

Yes.

A security system can be provided based on a technology.

In addition, the technology with its product can be supported with finger prints.

A judge before gets in to a court can pass a security system in a legal way, and based on the technoogy can know that nobody is able to get there.

  Dear Reader,  We are having 25th February, 2023. I am writing today in a rash because CBA from a city of  Warsaw started hacking one of an account that is mine on social media platforms. They had failed to employ an engineer and a programmer based on a technology. Since then, they can not arrest a single person because are incorrect and invalid. An education is a basis of all qualifications.  And there is no maybe, quite frankly, because a law can not be based on mistakes and errors.
